Please note that under the share repurchase plan, to the extent the BlackRock Monticello Debt Real Estate Investment Trust (the “Company”) chooses to repurchase common shares in any particular calendar quarter, the Company will only repurchase common shares following the close of business as of the last calendar day of that calendar quarter.
